Welcome to STARARA. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to STARARA. STARARA operates this website and store, including all content, tools, products, and services available from this site (collectively, the “Services”). STARARA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store to you.

By visiting our website, using our Services, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your location.

To use the Services or make a purchase, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information such as email address, billing details, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

Product images, colors, and appearance may vary depending on your device settings. We do not guarantee that your screen displays colors accurately.

All product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities offered to any person or region.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.

Your order is considered accepted only once payment is processed and confirmation is sent. Please review your order carefully before submitting. After an order is submitted, cancellation is not guaranteed due to our automated print-on-demand production process.

Your purchase is subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

All purchases must be for personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change at any time.

Listed prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for any orders placed.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

STARARA uses print-on-demand and third-party carriers. Production and delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

SECTION 6 — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because STARARA uses print-on-demand production, we currently do not support traditional returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns accepted only within 7 days for damaged/incorrect items
Customer is responsible for return shipping
A 50% restocking fee applies
Final sale (no returns) on the following collections:

- Signature Collection
- STARARA Edition

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@starara.nl with photos and order details.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, graphics, text, and media on our site belong to STARARA or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to third-party tools. These are provided “as-is” and without warranty. Use them at your own risk.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our Services. You access them at your own risk and should review their policies before interacting with them.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

STARARA is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and STARARA. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or any issues arising from them.

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK

Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you provide may be used by STARARA without compensation.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without notice, including after an order is placed.

You may not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. This includes transmitting malware, scraping data, or violating intellectual property rights.

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

SECTION 19 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and STARARA.

SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. STARARA may assign its rights without restriction.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. You consent to jurisdiction in Dutch courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
