At STARARA, all products are made using print-on-demand production. Because each item is created specifically for your order, returns are limited and processed under the conditions below. Once STARARA transitions to in-house or bulk production, our return options will expand.
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
A 50% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
Final sale items: the following four collections cannot be returned:
Legacy Collection, Signature Collection, STARARA Edition, Co-Design Collection
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and unused
In its original condition and packaging
Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase
Requested within 7 days of receiving your item
To start a return, contact us at info@starara.nl. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please note: customers must cover all return shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

Personalized or custom items
Items with wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
Sale items or digital products
Gift cards
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, submit a return request first (if eligible), then place a new order separately.
For EU customers, the 14-day withdrawal right applies only in cases where items can be resold.
Because STARARA uses print-on-demand production, many items fall under exceptions for custom-produced orders and may not be eligible for full return.
Please contact us to confirm whether your order qualifies.
If your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the 50% restocking fee.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
